Use of skin bleaching creams (also known as fade creams) is a method commonly employed to lighten areas of your skin that contain dark spots or scaring.

Heres How it Works:
Because skin naturally becomes more pigmented in the areas: where scars form (i.e.- acne scaring), with use of certain medications, or due to prolonged sun exposure, creams such as these decrease the melanin production within our skin and therefore prevents further discoloration of your skin in the areas applied.

Some bleaching creams, like the one offered here at US Hair Restoration, are so high-powered that you must first be evaluated by a physician before it can be prescribed to you. These creams are beneficial for age spots, freckles, or overall lightening of your facial complexion in addition to use with sun spots and scaring. With the leading ingredients as Hydroquinone and Kojic, use of this cream is recommended for night use and warrants sun screen when applied to the face.

As a Personal User:
I recommend using an extremely minimal amount on the particular area you are attempting to lighten. By avoiding application to surrounding areas you will be able to evade any unnecessary lightening and achieve the best possible results.

If however you are interested in a brighter facial complexion, apply the cream evenly over your face every few days to achieve a gradual natural looking result. If your skin lightens too quickly, the results will likely be noticeable due to the contrast of skin treated with the cream and the skin untreated (i.e.- the face and neck).

Keep in Mind:
This high-powered cream engineered by Dr. Parsa Mohebi and offered here at US Hair Restoration is of top-notch quality and has been developed with your consideration in mind. consultations to determine eligibility for this bleaching cream and its use are approximately 15-30 minutes and complimentary to you. Call us anytime at 888-302-8747 to schedule your free consultation and reserve your bottle today!

No matter your age, when you begin noticing those crows feet creeping, fine lines around your mouth and forehead forming, or slight sagging near your jawline, it may be time to freshen up up your look with a top of the line wrinkle treatment. While common signs of aging can add decades to our overall appearances, many treatments are now available to supply a subtle glowing difference and thus take off years of your appearance.

There are countless products on the market right now claiming to offer beneficial wrinkle treatment and/or fight the signs of aging, but nothing is as revolutionary and instantaneous as the cosmetic injectables, chemical peels, and laser treatments offered in the doctor’s offices. From Botox to Chemical Peels, here are 4 of the fastest and most recognized wrinkle treatments on the market today:

BOTOX

BOTOX injections can help remove deep grooves in the forehead and reduce wrinkles around the eyes (also known as crow’s feet). Lines and wrinkles above/between the eyes can make you look older, stressed and tired, and these stubborn wrinkles rarely respond to facial treatments such as microdermabrasion or chemical peels. Just one BOTOX treatment can usually make a visible difference, but you may need a series of treatments to maintain your new look over the years.

For additional BOTOX information, Please check out the link listed below.

Chemical Peels

If you have fine lines and wrinkles around your eyes and mouth, a chemical peel could be all you need to start smoothing out the skin and enhancing its appearance. Chemical peels range from mild (fruit peels) to deep (phenol) and can stimulate collagen production while removing the top layer of skin.

This treatment is not currently offered here in office at USHRspa. Please feel free to contact us for referral information.

Microdermabrasion

If you’re just starting to see fine lines and wrinkles forming on different areas of the face, a microdermabrasion treatment may be able to help stop the trend in its tracks. Microdermabrasion works by helping to buff away the top layer of skin revealing a fresher, smoother layer underneath. Microdermabrasion can be combined with other facial rejuvenation treatments such as chemical peels to smooth out the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Because this is a non-invasive procedure, you can undergo a treatment and return to your regular routine immediately.

This treatment is not currently offered here in office at USHRspa. Please feel free to contact us for referral information.

Restylane Injections

Another increasingly popular wrinkle treatment is Restylane injections. This product can plump up fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth and nose (nasolabial folds) as well as fill out lines around the eyes. Restylane can also be used to fill out hollowed cheeks to create a more youthful look.

For additional Restylane information, Please visit the link listed below

Most wrinkle treatments can be performed during your work lunch hour and have little to no side effects. Because you can walk into your treatment office looking forward to instant results, you can head back to your regular schedule with ease. Our Botox and Restylane appointments can be made anytime by contacting us at (888) 302-8747. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or if you would like to continue with booking your complimentary consultation to discuss all options/pricing. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Melasma is a skin condition in which the skin develops tan, brown or black sots irregularly on parts of the face such as the cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, upper lip and jaws. The spots are usually symmetrical and Melasma discoloration can be found on any sun-exposed areas of face.

Melasma is not uncommon. Melasma can affect any race and skin color; however it is seen mostly in women with darker skin tones. Hispanics, Asians, Indians, and Middle Eastern individuals are more at risk of getting melasma. Association of Melasma is established by female hormonal imbalance as in pregnancy or contraceptive pill use. The strong association of sun exposure with occurrence and deterioration of melasma is proven.

The best treatment for melasma is prevention by avoiding excessive sun exposure or by applying strong sun blocks. It is not practical in many patients to avoid sun exposure or it is too late and by the time the patient seeks medical help she may already have some degree of Melasma.

The use of bleaching creams is the next step in treatment of Melasma spots. Most OTC bleaching creams contain 2% hydroquinone. There are stronger bleaching creams available by prescription that contain stronger hydroquinone, Retin-A (tretinoin) or combinations of medications such as hydroquinone with tretinoin and one of the topical steroids.

Chemical peels through different chemicals can remove dark spots, melasma, freckles, wrinkles, and fine lines. Chemical peels may smooth the skin and lighten dark spots gradually. The superficial peels available as a glycolic acid or other products could be used to remove the darkened spots with minimal or no down time. Deeper peels could be used under supervision of a physician and are more effective however the downtime might be longer in deeper peels, too.

Laser resurfacing can offer another way to resurface the skin and could effectively treat some types of melasma spots. It can also be used for wrinkles, fine lines and small scars. IPL is another type of physical intervention that could be used to treat melasma. IPL is one of the newer forms of facial rejuvenation. Unlike lasers, which use intense, focused light, IPL is intense broadband light. IPL delivers energy to both the superficial and deep layers of the skin; however the superficial layer of epidermis does not get damaged.

According to the available studies, IPL can smooth the skin and fade age spots, freckles, melasma, and even abnormal blood vessels. Treatment is best to be repeated every 3 weeks and a series of 4 to 6 sessions needs to be completed. Improvement may last for up to a year or longer in some occasions with good sun protection. IPL is generally safe with minimal downtime because it does not damage the epidermis. We recommend a sun block cream with SPF of 30 or higher at all times when you are being treated for melasma or skin hyperpigmentation.
